We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. We don't know what was reported via the 911 call.
What is funny or sad is the reference to the rifle as a Tommy Gun = "semi-automatic rifle commonly known as a Tommy gun." A Tommy gun is a fully automatic (not semi-auto) submachine gun (not a rifle).

If yer "Tommy Gun" or semiauto can only manage 50 rounds over 40 minutes, get it checked! I can beat that with an break barrel single shot all day!
