Like this? Clearly defamatory letter that could be actionable?

Hope the guy gets crate loads of cash. GA members likely are only immune for speech on the floor of the GA .. yap yap yap outside that? Actionable. And using their titles? Sounds like intimidation by .govs.

Serious consideration being given to various options - not for public disclosure at this time.

Wow. I finally read it. I'm looking at the CC list. I'm assuming those are all the other tenants? So, not only did they illegally contact a business owner with the express purpose of hampering both his and his tenant's businesses, but they purposely made the emotionally-based request public to the business' neighbor businesses. Sheer intimidation.

How did NOVA learn of the letter? From the property manager or a neighbor? I didn't see them CC'd.

Egregious, indeed.

Ammo for each of their campaign's next election, too.
