Right to travel? Not in NYC -- purposefully causing traffic delays

Ha Ha ! I've had to go into NYC into Manhattan .... I simply ignore their "no turn" signs. And 8 MPH? Maybe at 2am...
I go there every so often for work.. parking is not outrageous though when compared to Chicago, which is more expensive to park in a garage IMO.

Got oodles of tickets in NYC ... just file motions to dismiss and they go way.
