Veto

It will probably pass, but will probably be vetoed. Certain gun organization in NC have been openly pro permit(P4P), now suddenly that we have a Democrat anti gun governor they are on the constitutional carry bandwagon.

Had they done this prior to November 2016 we would have had constitutional carry without a doubt. Lobbyists, and politicians make great bedfellows.

But don't Republicans have a veto proof majority? And could override.

unfortunately, our legistative members couldnt find their head w/each others help...

hb 69 immediately went to committee...our legislative body has higher priorities such as hb 73 ~ driving with animal on the lap type legislative bills.

paul is ranting and raving not about hb 69 specifically, but a sound alike extinct gun enity telling lies about it...https://www.grnc.org/pauls-blog/897-more-lies-about-hb-69

quite humourous actually...

NAGR extinct? Not hardly, but we can always dream.

If the bill, HB69, doesn't get out of committee, it won't have a chance. Thus the push to have it reassigned to the Judicial II where it would get a hearing. If you are interested in it, as a minimum, contact your representative and Speaker Tim Moore.
