On Friday, an acquaintance said, "I don't like guns. They're dangerous and those who carry them are dangerous!"

I asked her if she thought cops were dangerous. She said, "No, of course not. They're cops."

While I support our men and women in law enforcement, it's difficult to intelligently discuss issues with irrational people.
