Below is a list of the Public Facilities Districts in Washington state:

Asotin County Public Facilities District
Benton County Public Facilities District
Clark County Public Facilities District
Cowlitz Public Facilities District
Edmonds Public Facilities District
Everett Public Facilities District
Grays Harbor County PFD
Kennewick Public Facilities District
Kent Public Facilities District
Kitsap Public Facilities District
Lewis County Public Facilities District
Lynnwood Public Facilities District
Pasco Public Facilities District
Richland Public Facilities District
Skagit Regional PFD
Snohomish Public Facilities District
Spokane Public Facilities District
Tacoma Public Facilities District
Tri-Cities Regional Public Facilities District
Vancouver Public Facilities District
Washington State Convention Center PFD
Wenatchee Public Facilities District
Whatcom County Bellingham PFD
Yakima Regional Public Facilities District

The Spokane PFD insists on ignoring the state preemption law,
and is still preventing licensed CPL holders from entering
any PFD owned facility while carrying.

We need to know if any of the above PFD's
DO NOT use metal detectors to enforce a 'no weapons' ban.

Please reply as soon as you can if you know for a fact
that you can enter any of the above without being disarmed.

The primary facility under the Kennewick Public Facilities District is the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick. The operator of the facility however is VenuWorks (as they have the operations contract for the whole campus: Toyota Center, Toyota Arena, & Three Rivers Convention Center). None of the facilities have metal detectors at entrances, however depending on the event, handheld wands are used.

Now, just a few more responses...

We have been all over this area with well holstered firearms with no worries. There are a few "restricted areas" like the jail and court room, but Yeah! We're good up here in B'Ham.
