Little Sturgis is a biker rally held at the Union County fairgrounds 125 Pryor Boulevard, Sturgis, KY 42459
Under their Q&A they have "Q: What is your policy on weapons? A: No weapons allowed. No guns. No knives. No exceptions".
http://www.kentuckybikerally.com/schedule.html#rules

To confirm: with this being a county fairgrounds they can't band OC correct?
Or does this fall under a lease loophole?

It appears that it is not municipally owned, but private property. They can therefore make their own rules.

As I understand it, Va requires one to be advised to leave and refusing prior to being subject to arrest. That makes about anywhere posted as gun free a deep cover place and if discovered as carrying you are give the option to leave.

Same in Ky?

What if the one observed conceal carrying is a government agent? Would said agent, be asked to vacate the premises? Do the de facto laws/rules apply to everyone equally?.
