OC and CC without a permit is now law. Unfortunately OC is by permit only if a political subdivision enacts a OC ban under RSMo 21.750.3. This is the next step. Then on to RSMo 571.107 to remove prohibitions on the lawful carry of a properly holstered handgun in certain places.
