Seaso 2, Episode 18 of Star Trek Voyager earned an 8.3 on the IMDB scale and deservedly so.

No, I'm not taking this course. But this episode is about far more than the apparent nature of the subject.

This episode is about the right of the individual to choose, something our own Founding Fathers held very dear...

...but only to a point.

What might you think that point is?

Of course, the ‘good olde’ times on the telly are memorable now that 32 years have passed and you can now digest the story from a ‘mature’ [read pre/pending Alzheimer’s] perspective and put whatever meaning on the ficition you want.

Another thought, read Orwell’s tomes against today’s current governmental & newspeek perspectives.
