    Kaine vetoed HB370 today and it looks like it will stand because the law makes no provision for a veto overide. HB370 was the bill that would have the need to get permission to carry a gun along a road needed the permission to hunt from property owners on both sides of the road.

    I can't figure it out myself, all he wanted was reauthorization next year and the law would have been essentially unchanged. Anyhow the good news is relatively few localities have such an ordinance. Only the following counties have this ordinance, Campbell, Chesterfield, Culpeper, Fauquier, Greensville, King George, Loudoun, Madison, Nelson, Orange. I think as long as you are not hunting I don't think you could be convicted anyhow. Harrassed or arrested maybe but not convicted. http://www.dgif.state.va.us/hunting/...egulations.asp
