Here's a reminder that there are people in the world who want to randomly kill other people. An unfortunate fact is that immigration officials had him in custody for illegally crossing the border and returned him to Mexico before they realized who he was. He subsequently returned to the US and killed three more people.

Angel Maturino Resendiz, who hopped on freight trains and committed random acts of carnage across the country that earned him a spot on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list, is set to die by injection Tuesday.
Resendiz has been linked to eight slayings in Texas, two each in Illinois and Florida, and one each in Kentucky, California and Georgia.
