Hey everyone! I'm new to the site and was wondering if any of you lived in the central va area? I used to OC quite often but got out of guns for a while and haven't had any guns for a while. I'm planning on getting back into guns and was planning on getting a S&W 340PD for Concealed Carry. I don't have a CCW so my only option is to open carry. What I'm wondering about is what buisnesses usually think of people who OC? Are there any places that frown on OC? So far the only places that I have carried has been movie gallery (they thought I was going to rob them), sheetz (a gas station frequented by cops, never got so much as a second look) and a video game store (had more than a few conversations about the gun on my hip). If anyone else has any experiences dealing with OCing in the central va area, please let me know.
