On Friday the Utah Supreme Court ruled that the University of Utah has no right to ban guns on campus!

I like the way the university used the 1st Amendment to argue their side! I also find it funny how everyone still thinks that handguns are unstable, accident prone pieces of equipment that will randomly start shooting people. It never ceases to amaze me.

insisted that it is an autonomous entity that can disregard a law that interferes with internal academic affairs.
