Open carried at the Eat N' Park at I79 and PA208 in front of Prime Outlets without issue.A youngerlady pulled her kid back from me as I was paying at the counter...same kid was blocking the path to the restroom after I paid, so I smiled and said"look out litte guy" and she smiled backand said "move for the man, honey" and didn't look scared.
