Maybe this cop will need therapy and counselling, like the buddies of the cop who shot himself showing off his piece at his birthday party, mentioned in another thread recently.

let's see.... cop out of his patrol area and jurisdiction while on duty and accidently shoots somebody, this guy needs to go into early retirement.
