What can I expect when open carrying in the Colorado Springs area? I will be there for several days next week. Also, non-residents are OK to carry, right?

Non-residents are same as residents for OC in Colorado. And I've been down in C. Springs many a time while OCing, and I can vouch that they're a world friendlier about it there than up in the Denver area. Have fun carrying!

I've done it (also as a non-res)around the Garden Of The Gods area ,although the park itself is posted "no firearms"(Someone in the area may be able to shed some light on this. I think it is some kind of quasi private/public land easment). No problems getting gas or going to walgreens. They all know that OC is legal because of the hooplah surounding a citizen who used to OC a shotgun to citycouncil meetings.
