Richmond VCDL Meeting 1/11/07

Short notice but there is a meeting to discuss the upcoming GA session.

1. Reminder - VCDL membership meeting this Thursday

Executive member Leonard Harris has arranged for VCDL to have the use
of a meeting room at the lavish Tuckahoe Area Library in Henrico County.  
This is the same location where we held a Richmond
meeting last month.

This meeting is going to focus on lobbying the General Assembly.  We
are hoping for a large turnout of VCDL members to come to the General
Assembly on VCDL Lobby Day (Martin Luther King day), Monday, January 
15th at
10 AM.  We will meet just behind the metal detectors.

At the meeting we will discuss the procedures and protocols for
lobbying and discuss the bills that VCDL is fighting for and against.
So if you want to know more about this, be sure to make this meeting.

The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM and end at 8:30 PM on Thursday,
January 11th, and is open to the public, so bring a friend!
