I know this is a relevant item to Virginian open carriers, even though it deals with concealed carry. Lets get a bill going! I know we believe in choice of carry mode, lets eliminate the decision of choosing between forced open carry and disarmament, when eating out.

URGENT ACTION ITEM
I need all of you, constituent or not, to email and call the Senate
Majority Leader, Walter Stosch, and ask him to carry the restaurant
ban repeal. We need those emails and calls done *NOW*

Please put in a bill to repeal the ban on law abiding concealed
handgun permit holders carrying concealed in a restaurant that serves
alcohol!
Thirty-six other states, representing over 3 million permit holders,
already allow permit holders to carry a concealed handgun in
restaurants that serve alcohol.
This is an important bill to gun owners and simply requires that the
language at 18.2-308 J3 be struck completely.
Please let me know if you are going to carry a bill to repeal the
restaurant ban.
