Petty Offense for CCW w/o permit - SB 1629

In case y'all haven't noticed, SB 1629 has been filed that reduces the penatly for concealed carry without having a permit from a misdemeanor to a petty offense (ticket). Check it out at: http://www.azcdl.org/html/legislation.html

FYI Everyone - SB 1629 will be heard in the Senate Judiciary committee on 02/12/07:
