FYI - SB 1301 redefining Open Carry passed out of the Senate by 23-7 and is heading over to the House where the process starts over.

I'm working on an "alert" on this and should have it posted on the AzCDL website this evening in our Newssection.

You can find info on SB 1301 and links to the actual bill in our Legislation section.

SB 1629 decriminilizing CCW w/o permit is stuck in the Senate Rules committee but we're working to shake it loose.

Like what we're doing? Please join us.

Later,
Fred
