Here is the report from the good ole ban group meeting that is SURE to come to a city near you!

I do not know if any of you are from Reading PA or if even you care about the happenings there but the verdict is in! It is recommended that you do care, especially since the NRA is in cahoots with Tom Caltagirone! In his own so many words Tom Caltagirone stated that he and the NRA are working together on legislation. He left slip the one firearm a month (NOT good) bill and the report a firearm when stolen bill.

Seems like the meeting WAS TOTALLY one sided. You can gather this from the very first moment you arrived and they hand you a one sided paper hand out. If you are from PA, PM and you will get a copy of the document.

They had a few Mayors from surrounding cities, police chiefs, local ATF agent, and Paul Helmky from the Brady “bunch” bill group. Not as many pro firearms Citizens showed but, there were a few that voiced there opinion when it came to the LAST 7 minutes of the meeting! Tom McMahon knew what he was doing in waiting for the VERY last 7 minutes to have questions brought up. The pro firearms few took the floor and did not relinquish it, so that is good.

Tom McMahon was quoted as saying he and the other Mayors WILL move forward with there agenda, nice huh?

In conversation with the Chief of Police of a small town in the suburbs, it was VERY surprising to hear from his very own mouth that he was NOT in agreement with the banning of firearms and that he feels that an armed community is a polite community!!!

Get this, NOT ONCE WAS the conversation on "assault" weapons brought up, they discussed hand guns all night, so are they saying handguns are assault weapons? What exactly are assault weapons besides the ones defined by Hitler?

No, unfortunately. The chief that was against the bannings is from another town exterior to Reading. But hey, chat with Heim, perhaps you may have the skills to awaken him.
