Walmart doesn't charge admission. Anywhere alchohol is sold for consumption or where admission is charged(i.e. State Fair, Gun Show, Concert, Movie Theater, amusment park, etc.) firearms both OC and CC are prohibited.

I'm sorry, but what good does that damned "admission is charged" rule do?! The alcohol one I can see how someone might justify it (not that I personally agree with it) but the admission one seems absolutely ridiculous to me.

So... if I buy a gun at the show, I can get arrested for being in possesion of a firearm at this event, to which I have paid admission? I have to think that there is a loophole somewhere in this situation.

I don't understand that either. Somebody just got carried away one legislative session and nobody stopped them I guess. I am sure there is some way around this for guns bought at a show, like the zip tie thing. I think it may apply to loaded firearms though not sure.

Not a bad show. OC'd the whole time. Scared the shit out of a couple when they were walking out because the second I walked out, I loaded my magazine and put the first round were it belongs. They looked at me like I was public enemy #1.:banghead:

I forgot all about it. I haven't been doing much lately and haven't been on here as much either. Maybe next time. I'm glad you excercised your right and even more so that people saw you. Maybe they will see more of it and not be so alarmed in the future.
