The bad news is that you have to be 21 to be elegible for a LTCF in PA - hence, 18-20 year old OCers would become felons if they inadvertently stepped over the city line!
Same true for folks under 21 carrying a long gun - apparently even ahunting rifle to their car!
I think folks should contact the patrons to oppose this bill, and specifically to at the very minimum, make the felony only applicable to unlawful concealed carry.
