i used to live in a very rural area of california where nobody bugged you about carrying a rifle or otherwise if you where over 15. i am about to turn 18 and wonder if it will be legal for me to carry in oregon. thanks for the help.

18 is the legal age to be able to carry a handgun openly in Oregon. Be aware that in the "loaded ban cities", you must have a CHL, and therefor be over 21. You must also avoid any "public buildings" as well, and any "Parks" gun bans apply to you as well.
