I am a Maryland resident but own property in Tioga County, PA. I have a PA permit but have recently begun carrying open in different places upstate. So far no problems, most folks really don't even make notice. I did have one time in McDonalds, my 1911 was showing below my vest I was wearing. I walked past two middleage guys sitting there and I heard one mention to the other, Pistol?? They kinda looked my way and kept on eating.

So far, in this part ofPA with its rural Charater, I think you can OC without a problem. Has anyone else OCed in Northern PA recently??

I'm pretty interested in OCing but kinda worried about it, I have before but only for very short times and usually just to get gas at places, but then I'm from relatively close to the border to Maryland.
