Please PM if you do - I don't want to fill up OCDO with OT subjects.

We're looking for a basement remodeler - someone to identify what we need, cost out the materials, and do the work. STRONGLY prefer Virginia-based businesses, as I don't choose to spend my money in DC or MD.

Any of you have your own business doing this? Or do you have recommendations? I'd much rather do business with people recommended by folks I trust.

ever look on craigslist.com ?? sometimes you can find good union people doing sidework on their for a fair price for the both of you

Yeah, and I have requests for quotes in with two small businesses, too. Just want recommendations from people I (mostly) trust as well.

I appreciate the thought.
