This is TRUELY disturbing. The word Animals used in the story does not come close to describing what the scum that did this are.

The sad part is, that if one of the victims had shot one of the scum bags, this probably would have made the national news. The scum bags would have claimed that theirrights hadbeen violated.

Sounds like what Iraqis are doing to captured people. With allthese barbaric, un-evolved simian people acting this way, why do we open our doors and allow more of them here?

Wow, that is a horrible crime. People like that really have some underlying mental issues, I mean killing someone (which is not okay by ANY means, except in the death penalty ) itself is wrong, but to all of the others in addition is profound.

I wonder sometimes how people imagine these things to do to their victims, what goes on in their heads?

I feel sorry for these poor folks, as I doubt it will get the attention that it deserved.

But of course, 'the gun' killed them so lets notify the people over at the brady campaign. Pffft.

I wonder how they took these two into their custody, at the car door or what? -- I did not catch that part to see if they had a gun if they would have even had time to use it, and chances are if you have 5 bg's you would need at least 2 magazines, so I think it would be hard to stop them if they were all determined enough and I am assuming at least one of them had a firearm at the time of the abduction.

The only way these two could have shot their way out of this situation is if they both were carrying.

I disagree. Who saidyou have to actively engage and kill each badguy? People tend to go all A$$holes and Elbows when a gun is introduced into the equation. Badguys are also notorious for abandoning their buds when things turn ugly.

But that was only said while I am assuming they were dedicated to having them as victims, they may not have been, but if that was the cause I doubt they could do it alone with only one of them carrying, hypothetically.

But in a lot of situations I am sure you are correct.

I'm shocked. I never even heard that story. I went on Wikipedia just to confirm it. That story definitely warranted national coverage.

Once again folks........a country weak on crime has things like this happen.......What are victim's rights in this country?

    Gives me a T-shirt idea.

    The Second Amendment

    THE ULTIMATE VICTIM'S RIGHT
I'll make you an offer: I will argue and fight for all of your rights, if you will do the same for me. That is the only way freedom can work. We have to respect all rights, all the time--and strive to win the rights of the other guy as much as for ourselves.

If I am equal to another, how can I legitimately govern him without his express individual consent?

There is no human being on earth I hate so much I would actually vote to inflict government upon him.

that is seriously messed up I can't believe that it wasnt in the news... to think that that could happen to anyone... or even me and my family and that people wouldnt even be told about our story... thats one of many reasons why I carry... so that way I have, at least, a better chance to protect myself and my own.
