Godspeed landing at Henricus

if anyone is interested, i'm planning to take my son out to see the replica of the Godspeed sailing up the James to Henricus and can post some pics. i plan to take off out of deep bottom and cross paths with the ship before it reaches the 295 bridge. i think it would be a nightmare to launch from Dutch Gap.

i know, nothing at all about OC, but it is a part of history - 400 years now!

well, they did have a nice police escort up the river...and i didn't ask to check in the galley....

That was very cool of you, I'll bet he remembers it for a very long time! When my daughters were young I took them to see the Mayflower II in Plymouth, Mass.

I LOVE history and the reason America is in such a mess today is that we've forgotten history and are condemned to repeat it. Sadly, the Second American Revolution will be much worse than the first.
