Polling point - lengthy poll RE:VT

I took the poll. Only took a couple of minutes. At one point, it asked what I thought would have prevented the VT murderer from going on his rampage. I answered to the effect of enforcement of existing laws and appropriate orders from judicial officials (referring to him being found to be a danger to himself and others, yet being ordered to outpatient treatment) as well as indicating that had one of the students he was stalking actually pressed charges...either one of these scenerios would have made him inelligable to purchase a firearm.
