For me, thats a .357 SIG or .45. But somebody with arthritis or a hand injury might only be able to shoot a .22. While it wouldn't be *my* first choice, a .22 beats bare hands any day. And a compact 9mm beats the hand cannon you leave at home because its too bulky, heavy and uncomfortable to carry around.
