    Question that's been playing in my mind since I saw the video.

    Someone asked honcho if the "speakers" (plural) want to cancel. Honcho said "they" do.

    Can a Fairfax County police officer on duty refuse to speak because he's being filmed? I can understand the fine line about Ricker (paid to speak, though at another point I heard something that made me think perhaps it was gratis).

    Another question is can Fairfax Co. police officer speak while on duty? Are my taxes paying cops to spend time speaking at anti-rights meetings?
