The way I read the amendment is that I can carry openly or concealed in any state regardless of my state residence.

I shouldn't need a "permit" to CCW in any state.

I shouldn't need to "register" the firearm.

When is SCOTUS going to address the infringement of RKBA?

1. Some people agree with you...they carry without a permit. No, not talking about criminals, but decent citizens. Civil Disobedience.

2. SCOTUS is a coward...it simply "refuses to hear" casesit doesn't want to tackle. Avoidance.

We need a test case for this issue -- the illegal gun permit system -- but again, the SC probably would refuse to hear it.
