It seems like a neat idea, but it starts at $200 and I wonder if it really fits my PT1911...

Any experience out there with this or any other .22 kits?

I've always liked the idea, but the functionality sometimes is lacking from what I have heard. I have a Ruger 22/45 which ergonomically is very close to the 1911 type, not to mention a tackdriver and pretty reliable. Why have one gun when you can have two.
