I am originally from Powhatan. I have open carried there several times in the past two years (my parents still live there). I have never had a problem, although I haven't open carried there a lot. I have oc'd at the Food Lion on Anderson Highway several times, the ABC store right next to it, and the movie store next to that.

That makes me feel better! Not that it would change anything if it wasn't a good place, I'd still carry anyway. Now if I can find someplace close to shoot I'll be set.:lol:
