Folks, I just updated the "Your Virginia Gun Rights" flyer I created a while back and made it into a new easy to carry tri-fold brochure format.

After the FCPD asked if we had a handout and unrequited gave them an old copy of my "Your Virginia Gun Rights", it got me thinking about and update, so here it is!

I would like to print and distribute some of these with the 1 JUL 2010 UPDATED info in them. Could someone please make the changes and re-post this brochure?

THANK YOU!

I second this, it seems alot of people around my town aren't very informed on their firearms rights. This will help me educate them.

Thanks!

Thread resurrection!

Assuming that "1 JUL 2010 UPDATED" refers to the ability to carry concealed in restaurants that serve alcohol, I also would like to see an update to this flyer.

In addition, it might be useful to have a note under the "Carrying dangerous weapon to place of religious worship" indicating the Attorney General's opinion that self-defense is "good and sufficient reason."

I am planning on Oc'ing to Starbucks on the 14th for the counter-boycott and I would like to have some flyers to hand out to curious individuals, but I don't want to distribute out-of-date information.

Does anyone have the ability and the willingness to update this flyer? It would be very much appreciated!

I think it would be a good idea for us to wait for another month or so. It seems as though this will be a banner year for roll-backs on firearm restrictions, from airguns in your backyards to buying more than one pistol a month. I'd say we wait until the list is complete. What a year this could be!
