What is the law irt carrying in LV and the Casinos? I live in Washington and plan on visiting in the not to distant future. Any and all help is appreciated.

Nevada is an open carry state. There are no restrictions on carrying in casinos, or on the strip, etc. If you open carry in a casino it is likely that casino security will ask you to leave and escort you out of the building. They may call the police. If you carry on the strip you can expect the police to stop you and ask many questions.

You must have a Nevada concealed firearms permit To carry caoncealed in Nevada.

I hope that in October Nevada starts allowing other ccw permits. I will be in Vegas in November. If not I hope that when you check your side arm at the door , its not like when you check your coat and they charge you to get it back.
