As of right now, NVdoes not honor any out-of-state permits. So you can't CCW in NV, but you probably already knew that. Hopefully one of your permits will be valid come October 1 when our new reciprocity law goes into effect.

Open carry is perfectly legal on a motorcycle, at a gas station, and in a casino. However you may get asked to leave the casino, and if they are really ignorant they may call the police.

I would wager that you won't have any major problems open carrying anywhere at both Stateline and Mesquite. These are relatively rural areas with knowledgable law enforcement. Yes it is legal to open carry inside the casinos and gas station. If you enter the casino you will likely be approached by casino security. My guess is they will either ask you to take the firearm back to your bike, or leave it locked with them while you are inside the casino. If you are asked to leave you must comply.

You should disarm, unload, and place your firearm in your saddlebags before entering North Las Vegas, or Boulder City. These two places have local ordinances. After October it is my understanding that these ordinances will no longer apply.

A word of advice about carrying at Sturgis:

be extremely cautious and situationally aware.
it's a sad fact, but there are a lot of pick-pockets there, and believe me, they can be daring enough to try and snatch a firearm, if they think you aren't paying enough attention.
