Has anybody actually OC'd in Spokane recently? In all my reading I have come across a few references but none too clear. I also found out that the Police Chief that put out the bulletin in King County (thanks to the efforts of Lonnie Wilson) now runs Spokane PD. Is there any hope of some "clarification" training in our neck of the woods? Thanks all, HR.

I OC when I'm over that way, but it usually involves going to the airport and heading back to Sandpoint. When I have OC'd, I haven't had any issues.
