No turbos or superchargers for you for 3 years. ...or v8+... or some v6's if they're "evil cars". Hillarious that the gun control analogies people make towards cars are actually being implemented. ...only in Australia. Probably UK next.

From 1 July 2007, the penalty for driving a high powered vehicle will be three demerit points and a maximum fine of approximately $1100.

Yikes. I guess if it "saves one life" it's worth it.

I guess I need a concealed car permit if I park it in a garage. Maybe they could ban assault cars; if they have a gas tank bigger than 20 gallons, a wind deflector on their hood, tinted windows, alloy wheels, ...

Ten gallons, Sitrep. Ten gallons.

I've got a lifted Cherokee with big tires and tinted windows.

Look out! I'm a danger to society! :what:

You think this is funny? We already have car control. Try driving without registration or license. Try buying a new car without airbags or a seatbelt.

Smaller cars to meet CAFE that crumple in accidents.
