Maybe not concealed carry, but if open carry is allowed on campus I guarantee that any potential mass murderer or criminal will have second thoughts about committing crimes on campus. Any mass murderer-suicide like VT would likely not be able to kill all the helpless victims they want if just one armed individual intervenes in real-time . You only get one chance at life,no second chances. Do it right the first time.

Ah, once again, Staunton comes out with newspaper editors that are naive, agenda driven, and living in a fantasy world.

It must be a wonderful happy place, as they never seem to want to see what's happening in the real world.
