I OC frequently just east of there in WB/Hazelton/Mtn Top

I ONCE OC'd in bloomsburg on a pickup for a dog rescue transport. But that's it.
Also OC'ed NW of there in Muncy (Wiliamsport)
If I can OC in Wilkes-Barre you should be fine in Bloomsburg ;) ;) ;)


PS: look me up when you come out. If I'm not too busy in the shop working on other peoples guns I might be able to sneak out for 5 minutes ;)
