State representatives from the Cleveland area proposed legislation Monday that would restrict anyone 21 or younger from possessing a firearm.
"Younger and younger people are committing crimes with firearms," he said. "There are too many people being killed."
He's going to try to puch past the rock solid state preemption we just got with a historic veto-override.



With hiscrazy suggestion,a juvenile killing somebody couldget further weapons charges, other than the current "unlicenced carrying of a concealed weapon."Oh yeah, and the murder rap too.
