We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. Everett PD DID issue a training bulletin (Training Bulletin2007-06) regarding open carry on March 13, 2007.
However that same training bulletin says under the topic: General Rules for Possession of Firearms
Well, at least they got part of it right.

Hey BB, do you have a link to that? I'd love to get in contact with EvPD and let them know about that 'typo'.
Edit: Nevermind, just discovered it's on the list of training bulletins on the condensed document we have. I think I have either a phonecall to make or maybe even a field trip! Wheee! *chuckle*
