Hi all. I am so excitedI found this web site and forum. I have had a CCW for about 10 years and carry concealed wheneverI go out. I read somewhere on the internet that it is legal to open carry in PAbut not advisable because of all the harassment that you may receive. After reading all your comments around Luzerne county, I feel much better and may decide to carry open just to see what happens. I look forward to chatting a lot more in the future.
