Well, Chap defended his votes, including for HB 2535 in 2005 to create an exception for CHP holders on K-12 school grounds to carry concealed handguns while inside vehicles.

Devolites Davis than came on the air,and said this was a terrible bill and that Chap's vote for HB 2535 was the only vote for the bill in the entire fairfax County Delegation. Huh??

I looked at the link. I would like to be able to support someone that was running against Tom Davis, but Doug Denneny's position on "gun control" really doesn't allow it. He wants to ban "assault weapons" and close the "gun show loophole".
