It's my understanding that Virginiahas a databaseto allow law enforcement officersaccess to CCW license information the same way they can access driver's license information and that Virginia law requires other states tohave the same or stricter standards for CCW licenses, includingallowing that kind of access to CCW license information, before Virginia will enter into a reciprocity agreement with that state. Georgia does not have a database for CCW licenses like Virginia does and cannot meet this requirement right now. I don't see a reciprocity agreement between Georgia and Virginia happening unless either Virginia drops that requirement or Georgiacreates a database tomeet it.
