The Robber, Jerome Davis (No known Relation to Jeannemarie Devolites Davis at this time) lived a life that was nothing less than rocky road. The Grand Jury thought that the Commonwealth's Attorney was Nutty Coconut for bringing charges that the store manager was Wild 'N Reckless.

Upon hearing the Jury's return, the Store Manager jumped up and down, Cherries Jubilee!!! That's Icing on the Cake!!

"The commonwealth's attorney says it's unclear if
Fielding had been drinking on the night of the
shooting. He calls the grand jury’s decision
    surprising."

    . . .

[Fielding's father also spoke:] "When you have a gun
pointed at you, I don't think any of us would know
    exactly how we would react."

Hmm. I guess if I get attacked by a man with a gun while intoxicated I have a duty to die?

I'll make you an offer: I will argue and fight for all of your rights, if you will do the same for me. That is the only way freedom can work. We have to respect all rights, all the time--and strive to win the rights of the other guy as much as for ourselves.

If I am equal to another, how can I legitimately govern him without his express individual consent?

There is no human being on earth I hate so much I would actually vote to inflict government upon him.

    Why open carry? Because 1911 > 911.
