I found the Table 7, District of Columbia, 'Officers per 100,000 residents', particularly disturbing given the Heller Case origins. Federal LEOs plus town cops must be a truly impressive fraction >>0.1!
I noted the absence of military IG from the listed IG, and the absence of the military investigative services that have civilian contact also.
