In casual conversation today he explained that recently at Scope a man was OCing. The man was asked not to bring his gun into the venue. He stated that he was not inclined to comply with their request. Security decided they couldn't do anything about it but their policy is to notify the staffing supervisor and/or the Norfolk Police. That's all I have right now. Hopefully I'll get a chance to talk to him in more detail tomorrow.
