We've just added downloads to nwcdl I've already posted the training bulletins that I can find there so they are easily available at a single place, rather than having to search them out.

Feel free to add anything that I've missed.

This is also the place to add other files that you think might be of use to us all.

I just checked and it seems to be working fine. Go to http://www.nwcdl.org, click on the forums link, and click the Downloads button. It gives you three kinds of downloads but only the first (training bulletins) has anything in it.
